MY WARIS EAP is a unique,
one-of-its-kind estate administration plan.
It covers not only the preparation and safe custody of the Will but also includes the execution of the Will until the estates are transferred to the beneficiaries’ hands.
My Waris EAP provides clients with the following entitlements:
1. Preparation and execution of the Will;
2. Will custody for a lifetime;
3. Probate and administration of the estate; and
4. Distribution of the assets of the estate.
The Executor and Trustee for My Waris EAP is a registered Trust Company incorporated under the Trust Companies Act 1949. A Trust Company is empowered under Section 8(1) of the Trust Companies Act 1949 to act as the executor, administrator or trustee of an estate.
My Waris EAP will ensure the following:
1. The safe custody of the client’s Will;
2. Application to Court for the Grant of Probate;
3. The Calling of assets;
4. Paying off debts and liabilities; and
5. Distribution of assets in accordance to the Will.
Furthermore, My Waris EAP member is given a complimentary insurance policy covered by a reputable licensed Insurance Company. With a single joining fee and affordable yearly subscription fee, My Waris EAP ensures that the client’s assets are protected and all legal fees, administration fees, trustee fees and miscellaneous expenses are covered, thus saving the client’s family from paying for all these execution expenses.
